As a sole trader working remote-first, LayoutMyDox was established to bring specialist creative services directly to businesses who need polished, professional outputs from complex raw content.
My core competency is transforming technical reports, training manuals, white papers and marketing campaigns into visually compelling, on-brand materials that your team can take pride in — and that work hard for your business.
With each project I ensure adherence to your corporate branding, provide aesthetic design options and deliver files ready for print or digital distribution. My aim is to provide you with literature and assets that reflect your ambition, support your audience and elevate your brand.

Collaborative Design, Clear Results
At LayoutMyDox, I believe that good design is built on understanding. Every project starts with a clear grasp of your goals, audience, and message — followed by thoughtful design choices that elevate your content and reflect your brand’s personality.
My process includes:
Understanding your brand, objectives, and audience.
Designing layouts, interfaces, or visuals with purpose and clarity.
Collaborative review to ensure each detail supports your goals.
Providing ready-to-use assets, formatted for print, web, or digital publication.
At LayoutMyDox Graphic Design Services, every project is crafted with purpose — blending creative design, technical precision, and a clear understanding of brand identity. From corporate brochures to dynamic digital media, I transform complex content into visually engaging, professional materials that connect, inform, and inspire.
With over 13 years of design experience, I specialise in two key areas: Document Layout and Video Editing. Each project reflects my dedication to delivering clarity, consistency, and creative impact.

Specialising in reports, white papers, presentations, brochures, and training manuals, I focus on clarity, brand consistency, and professional aesthetics. Each layout is carefully designed to communicate your message effectively while staying true to your corporate identity.
Below are selected examples that showcase how structured, intelligent design can elevate business communication.

#Editorial | Client: Renishaw
For Renishaw, I managed the complete design and production of their A6 Encoder Product Catalogue, combining technical accuracy with clean, functional design.
This involved providing art direction for photoshoots, designing complex data-driven layouts, and working closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure precision throughout.
The final catalogue achieved a balance between technical detail and visual appeal, offering a professional tool that remains integral to Renishaw’s product communication strategy.

#Editorial | Client: HemsleyFraser
Created in collaboration with HemsleyFraser’s marketing team, the “Be the Best” A5 booklet was designed to support employee engagement campaigns and promote wellbeing at work.
I developed a bright, engaging layout with modern typography and positive visual cues to reflect the company’s ethos.
The guide received excellent feedback from both clients and staff, and continues to serve as an internal reference on workplace improvement.

#Editorial | Client: HemsleyFraser
Working with the Graphic Design Lead, I helped to design and produce the HemsleyFraser Learning Directory, a biannual catalogue showcasing learning and development opportunities.
My responsibilities included concepting striking front covers, refining layout systems, and editing imagery for a cohesive, easy-to-navigate experience.
The directory successfully balanced creativity with practicality, providing users with an accessible and visually appealing resource.

#Campaign | Client: Engineering Sector
This project required visual storytelling to communicate the intricate concept of functional safety within an engineering context.
After researching industry terminology and processes, I developed a campaign around 3D dominoes as a “fail chain”, representing how one minor issue can trigger a cascade of failures.
This creative metaphor became a long-term asset for the company’s internal and external communications, offering clarity and impact for a highly technical subject.

#Branding | Client: PhD Graduate
NeurdyOne’s brand identity bridges the gap between clinical precision and creative clarity. Designed specifically for psychology academics, the visual system mirrors neural pathways—organized yet fluid. The tone is sharp, supportive, and subtly witty, positioning NeurdyOne as the essential partner for researchers who want their insights to resonate with brilliance.

#Editorial | Client: Barrasford and Bird Worldwide
Transforming travel data into a lifestyle experience. I wrote and designed this factual guide to Florida, focusing on a "soft sell" narrative that invites exploration. Utilizing Adobe InDesign, I crafted a visual system that balances dense information with an airy, accessible editorial aesthetic.
Beyond print and publication design, I also specialise in video post-production and digital visual design, supporting marketing, training, and communication campaigns.
From short social clips to full-length training videos, I bring a narrative-driven, design-led approach to every project — ensuring consistency, coherence, and technical polish.

#UX | Client: MindSports International
For MindSports International, I designed the front-end user interface for WordForge, an educational app aimed at improving language skills through gamification.
My role focused on defining the visual identity and layout structure for the app, balancing simplicity, clarity, and usability.
Published on both Google Play and the Apple App Store, the design was praised for its accessibility and intuitive experience — vital elements for an educational digital tool.

#Branding | Client: Barrasford and Bird Worldwide
Working with Barrasford and Bird Worldwide, I developed the brand identity for Beach & Ski, a luxury property brand promoting exclusive apartments in Bulgaria.
This project involved everything from brand naming and logo creation to digital assets and stationery design.
The finished identity captured the sophistication and adventure of the brand, translating seamlessly across print, web, and email marketing materials.
